Glen, from Travel on King has gone above and beyond in negating an issue for accommodations deposit. After returning from my surgeon office, I came to hotel and due to Glen involvement made it hassle and costly free ( deposit wise) for me. This made my birthday day just a lot better and trip enjoyable! Many thanks!!! Note to self, don't do a COVID 19 and plan a bday event, as it made me very larargtic. Sigh

I used Travel on King for the first time on a recommendation, and the team were fantastic. Nadia in particular was great - she organised all of my flights and some later changes without any problems at all. I would definitely recommend Travel on King.

Best travel agent I have used. I went to Europe in 2018 and the trip was brilliantly organised. While there we had problems with train strikes in France. Barry readjusted the itinerary several times due to changing circumstances so we had minimum inconvenience. He and Nadia organised another trip for this year which subsequently had to be cancelled due to the Coronavirus. He has since reimbursed us all monies that were paid upfront less any penalties applied by the individual airlines, cruise lines, etc. I would not use any other agent. 10 out of 10.

I would give this Agency 10/10 for absolute fantastic service. Had to get a booking reinstated due a cancellation of appointment then reinstatement of a Doctor's Appointment. Barry went well beyond my expectation on a Saturday afternoon / after hours service request. I will recommend this Agency to everyone in future. Kind, Understanding and methodical are some thoughts that come to mind. This wasn't just good Customer service it was outstanding. Thank You Barry

Rachel planned everything for our month long trip to the US; flights, accommodation, and car hire. We could not have had a better travel agent. She was so friendly and most importantly helpful. Jackie organised my trip to New Zealand. Flights, accommodation, car hire and travel insurance were all arranged within an hour and our holiday was perfect. Everything was seamless. I made several calls to Jackie in the days leading up to our trip and she was happy to talk to me and answer my enquiries every time. All the staff are very friendly both in person and on the phone. I loved how we could just pay the total amount for our trip once and not have to do everything myself. We were provided an itinerary and print outs of all documents which I collected a few weeks before we departed. I will use Jackie for all my holiday bookings. Well done!

I would like to acknowledge the outstanding service I received by Jackie in helping me arrange flights and holiday arrangements. It was an extremely difficult and time consuming process and Jackie was at all times friendly and professional and oh so very, very helpful. The rest of the staff are just as lovely and friendly along with being very supportive. I would highly recommend Jackie and the staff of Travel on King for all your travel requirements.
